Do you do custom tattoo machines?
Yes, we can do custom tattoo machines but please expect at least 2 to 4 weeks before receiving your order. Also, there is an extra charge of 20 GBP for each custom machine.
Do you test run your coil tattoo machines?
Yes, all our tattoo machines are tested both unloaded and loaded. Liners are tested with 9 tight and shaders with 11mag.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide but please be aware of custom charges if you are outside the UK. Custom charges vary depending on the destination country.
How will BREXIT affect shipments to Europe?
The UK is not a part of the EU anymore, so there is no free trade agreement between the UK and Europe. It will be likely that European customers will be charged import duty rate and VAT by your local customs when your order arrives at your destination country. These charges are issued by your country, if you are VAT registered you can check with your accountant if you are eligible to claim the import VAT back. Only a professional accountant will be able to tell you if and how to do this and not everyone will qualify.
DELAYS: Please expect delays in receiving your order. After BREXIT we have seen that many parcels are delayed due to extra border and customs controls and paperwork. Unfortunately, the delays are due to the new rules and regulations and there is nothing we can do to change that.
